NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION STATE OF NEW MEXICO: DEFENDANTS CERRO VERDE ESTATES, INC., a New Mexico corporation, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF GREETINGS: You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed an action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof is to quiet title to real property commonly known as 45 Tebbetts, Edgewood, New Mexico 87015 and 43 Tebbetts, Edgewood, New Mexico 87015, and which is legally described as follows: Lot No. 1-A: A certain parcel of land, comprising the northerly five acres of Lot 1, of HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH UNIT 5, as shown and designated on the Plat of Hidden Valley Ranch Unit 5, filed in the office of the County Clerk, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on June 29, 1973, in Plat Book C9, Folio 81; being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the parcel, a point common with the northeast corner of Section 36, T. 9 N., R 6 E; thence from the beginning corner South 375.43 feet along the easterly line of Section 36; thence N. 88 degrees 36' 30" W. 542.26 feet; thence N. 11 degrees 24' 10" W. 384.87 feet; thence S. 88 degrees 36' 30" E. 618.37 feet to the beginning corner; containing 5.000 acres more or less. Lot No. 1-B: A certain parcel of land, comprising a portion of Lot 1, HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH UNIT 5, as shown and designated on the Plat of Hidden Valley Ranch Unit 5, filed in the office of the County Clerk, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on June 29, 1973, in Plat Book C9, Folio 81; being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the parcel, whence the northeast corner of Section 36, T. 9 N., R 6 E; N. M. P. M., bears North a distance of 375.43 feet; thence from the beginning corner South 437.55 feet along the easterly line of Section 36; then N. 88 degrees 36' 30" W. 453.55; thence N. 11 degrees 24' 10" W. 448.56 feet; thence S. 88 degrees 36' 30" E. 542.26 feet to the beginning corner; containing 5.000 acres more or less.
