The sale is to begin at 10:30 AM on March 26, 2021, outside the front entrance of the Thirteenth Judicial District Courthouse, City of Los Lunas, County of Valencia, State of New Mexico, at which time I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in lawful currency of the United States of America, the Property to pay expenses of sale, and to satisfy the foreclosure Judgment granted on February 9, 2021, in the total amount of $193,720.72, with interest at the rate of 4.2500% per annum from July 30, 2020 through the date of the sale.
