James M. Simones et al., Civil No. 1:20-cv-00795-PJK-SCY (D. N.M.). The United States seeks to reduce to judgment tax assessments made against James M. Simones for tax years 2007-09 and 2011-12 for federal income taxes, penalties, interest and statutory additions in the amount of $276,283.56, as of March 23, 2020. The United States seeks to recover these unpaid federal taxes, penalties and interest assessed against James M. Simones by foreclosure of federal tax liens encumbering against his rights and interest in three real properties. The first real property is located at 205 Holiday Circle, Moriarty, New Mexico 87035, and is fully described as follows: LOT NUMBERED THREE (3) IN BLOCK NUMBERED TWO (2) OF RINCON ESCONDIDO ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MORIARTY, NEW MEXICO. The second real property is located at 16 Johnson Lane, McIntosh, New Mexico 87032 and is fully described as follows: TRACT DESIGNATED "B-1-C", SITUATE (SIC) WITHN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW ) OF SEC THIRTY ONE (31), TOWNSHIP EIGHT (8) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) EAST, N.M.P.M., AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THAT CERTAIN PLOT ENTITLED "LANDS OF DR. PAUL H. The third real property is located at 15 N. Zamora Rd., Tijeres, New Mexico 87059, and is fully described as follows: A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND SITUATE (SIC) IN SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, NEW MEXICO PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, WITHIN THE CANON DE CARNUE GRANT, COUNTY OF BERNALILLO, STATE OF NEW MEXICO. YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to file an Answer to said Complaint and defend such suit on or before the first day after the expiration of forty-nine (49) days from the date of issuance hereof, in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, at the United States Courthouse, 333 Lomas Blvd., 2nd Floor, N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, and mailing a copy of such Answer to Plaintiff's attorney, Jonathan L.
