Salazar, Deceased You are hereby notified that a civil action has been filed against you in the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, by Plaintiff, Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, in which Plaintiff prays for the foreclosure of its Note and Mortgage encumbering the real estate and improvements located at 1837 Coe Road SW Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87105, in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and more particularly described as follows: A certain parcel of land situate in Section 26, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and being indentified as a portion of Tract 30-B, as shown on Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District Property Map No. 56, Bernalillo County, New Mexico. BEING more particularly described by metes and bounds survey as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the parcel herein described whence the Southeast corner of Lot numbered Five (5) of Taylor's Subdivision, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on March 22, 1950, bears N. 81 deg. 52' 45" E., 1140.37 feet distance: Thence S. 83 deg. 11' 20" E., 142.54 feet distance to the Northeast corner of the parcel herein described; Thence, S. 06 deg. 48' 40" W. 152.80 feet distance to the Southeast corner of the parcel herein described; Thence N. 83 deg. 11' 20" W., 142.54 feet distance to the Southwest corner of the parcel herein described; Thence, N. 06 deg. 48' 40" E., 152.80 feet distance to the place of beginning, including any improvements, fixtures, and attachments, such as, but not limited to, mobile homes. If there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control. You are further notified that Plaintiff prays that the aforementioned real property be sold according to the law and practice of this Court to pay the mortgage lien held by Plaintiff, and that the interests of each Defendant, and all persons claiming under or through them, and all other persons bound by these proceedings, be barred and foreclosed of all rights, interests, and claims to the aforementioned real property, and for such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper. You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance or file responsive pleadings or motions in said cause within thirty (30) days of the third consecutive publication of this Notice of Suit, judgment will be rendered against each Defendant by default, and the relief prayed for by Plaintiff will be granted.
