ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS SANTA CLARA PUEBLO P.O. Box 580 Espaola, New Mexico 87532 SUMMARY Santa Clara Pueblo (SCP) is herein issuing an Advertisement for Bid for solicitation of Contractor Services for Road Construction on Upper Westside Housing Streets, Phase IIB. This project, in the Upper Westside Housing Neighborhood, consists of a multi-year project for Pavement Removal, Subgrade Preparation, Aggregate Base, Minor Pavement, speed humps, sidewalk, access ramps, curb and gutter, valley gutter, and signs. The project length is 1.73 miles, consisting of 6 different Streets. Future year's work is dependent on funding and ongoing utility installation projects. Deadline is 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 18,2020 The Bid includes the following Routes: West Road Rt. #669 0.29 miles Willow Bird Road Rt. #659 0.30 miles Apple Road Rt. #667 0.31 miles Pumpkin Road Rt. #668 0.32 miles First Road Rt. #664 0.34 miles Eagle Plume Road Rt. #665 0.17 miles FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, you may call Suzette Shije, Transportation Director, or Mary Lou Valerio, Transportation Planner, (505)692-6214. Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Upper Westside Housing Street Improvements, Phase IIB will be received by Mary Lou Valerio, 104 S. Riverside Drive, Espanola, NM until 2:00 P.M. (Local Time), on August 18, 2020. Call Ms. Valerio to be met at the door. No public bid opening will be held. Any bids received after the time and date deadline will be returned unopened. The Santa Clara Pueblo reserves the right to reject bids when not complete or non-responsive. Use of the USPS is at your own risk. FOR BIDDING FORMS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, including plans, specifications, and other documents to be used in connection with the submission of bids, prospective Bidders are invited to register under the Bids section at www.bhinc.com to obtain access to Project Tracker and Bidding Process. Select the pertinent project as listed on the projects list. Register new company account by providing the following contact information: Company name, contact name, company role, telephone number and email address. The bidder shall receive a notification email once the bidder has been registered with the site. Each registered bidder will be able to re-access the site from www.bhinc.com and selecting the "Bids" icon which will direct the Bidder to the Project Tracker site. The Bidder shall have a specific username and password in order to gain access to the "Upper Westside Housing Project Phase IIB" project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from other sources. If you do not or cannot access the site, please notify us as soon as possible. The following shall be performed through the Project Tracker site. 1. DOWNLOAD THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS FROM THE PROJECT TRACKER SITE: The bidding documents are available during the bidding phase from the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS tab under the BIDDING DOCUMENTS subsection. When issued, addenda will be available from the ADDENDA SECTION. 2. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION MAY BE SUBMITTED ONLY THROUGH THE PROJECT TRACKER SITE: To submit a question, go to the BIDDING tab and click on SUBMIT QUESTION. This will direct you to a form to enter the question, when complete click SUBMIT and the question will be sent to BHI for review. Responses to questions will be included in the Addenda section (under the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS tab) and bidders will be notified via email when this information is available. Last day for questions shall be August 13, 2020 at 5:00. 3. The bidders list is provided in the BIDDERS LIST tab. A Non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at Santa Clara Pueblo, Project Site on August 6, 2020 @ 10:00 AM. Contractors shall submit name of attendees, vehicle make, model and license plate number thru the Project Tracker by August 3, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. so that a permit may be issued.
