NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF NEW MEXICO COUNTY OF SAN JUAN ELEVENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, Plaintiff, vs. Case No.: D-1116-CV-2019-00891 MELISSA A GILLIS; Defendant . PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above-entitled Court, having appointed me or my designee as Special Master in this matter with the power to sell, has ordered me to sell the real property (the "Property") situated in San Juan County, New Mexico, commonly known as 2700 Parque De Oeste Dr. Farmington, NM 87401, and more particularly described as follows: LOT 7, IN BLOCK 1, OF THE VALLEY VIEW WEST SUBDIVISION PHASE 1, REPLAT "A", IN THE CITY OF FARMINGTON, SAN JUAN COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS SHOWN ON THE REPLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION FILED FOR RECORD SEPTEMBER 16, 2005. If there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control. The sale is to begin at 2:00pm on April 30, 2020, at the San Juan County Courthouse, City of Aztec, County of San Juan, State of New Mexico, at which time I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in lawful currency of the United States of America, the Property to pay expenses of sale, and to satisfy the foreclosure Judgment granted on February 20, 2020, in the total amount of $159,289.23, with interest at the rate of 3.875% per annum from July 31, 2019 through the date of the sale. The sale is subject to the entry of an Order by this Court approving the sale.
