Establishes Plaintiff's estate in fee simple in and to the property conveyed to the Madeline McClure Trust Share Dated September 2, 1983 by Warranty Deed recorded with the Bernalillo County Clerk as Document No. 98-000723 which conveyed the following real property known as 515 Ortiz Drive NE, Albuquerque, NM (herein "the Property"): Lot numbered Seventeen (17) in Block numbered Seven (7) of THE TIJERAS PLACE, an Addition to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on said Amended Plat, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on August 24, 1923 in Volume C, folio 21. against the adverse claims of the Defendants, and each of them, and everyone claiming by, through or under them, and that Defendants, and each of them, and everyone claiming by, through, or under them, be barred and forever estopped from having or claiming any lien upon, or any right, title or interest in or to the Property adverse to the estate of Plaintiff, and that the title of the Plaintiff thereto be forever quieted and set at rest. B. Quiets the title to the Property in Plaintiff. Additional information related to this court proceeding appears in the Second Amended Complaint which has been filed with the above Court. You and each of you are hereby notified that, unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance in said cause on or before 11/15/2019 judgment will be rendered against you in said cause by default.
