D1329DM2019453 ISABEL MARIN, Petitioner, vs. EULALIO SANDOVAL SANTOS, Respondent AMENDED ORDER OF APPEARANCE REGARDING DOMESTIC MATTERS You are hereby ORDERED TO APPEAR before the Honorable Cheryl H. Johnston, at the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, (2nd floor), 1500 Idalia Rd., Bernalillo, New Mexico, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. on November 22, 2019. Court Attorneys and Mediators will be available to assist in resolving legal matters. This is an opportunity to resolve your case efficiently and inexpensively. You may, but are not required to, be represented by counsel at this hearing. If you have an attorney, your attorney may choose to attend the status conference; however, if your attorney attends the conference, he or she must remain in Court until the Judge excuses him or her. If your attorney wishes to vacate the mediation, a Motion and Order must be presented timely to the Court for consideration. You must bring the following documents to this hearing: 1. Wage and payroll statements for the last four (4) months; 2. List of all property owned by the parties, including real estate, bank accounts, automobile, retirement accounts, stocks and mutual funds, insurance policies, and personal property (applies to Divorce Cases only); 3. List of all debts owed by the parties together with the most recent bills or statements for those debts, including mortgages, credit cards, car payments, etc. (applies to Divorce Cases only); 4. Copies of any bills or receipts for child day care for the last four (4) months, if applicable; 5. Documentation for health insurance for minor children. Please make arrangements to be available for up to four hours. If you fail to attend this hearing, you may not be able to be rescheduled for a hearing for many months due to the high volume of cases in this district. Additionally, the Court may enter an Order by default against you or you may be ordered to appear in Court to show cause why you should not be held in contempt of court.
