ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Project Name: On-Call Sidewalk Construction Services 2019-1 Project No. 7976.00 Sealed bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Albuquerque at the Plaza del Sol Building, 7th Floor, Room 720, 600 Second Street NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102 for the project described herein no later than 1:30 p.m. local time on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, immediately after which a public opening and reading of bids received will occur. Delivery of bids is the sole responsibility of the Bidder. Following the public bid reading, bids will be considered by the City and an award of the Contract, if made, will be within fifty-five (55) consecutive calendar days after the Bid Opening. Contract if awarded, will be awarded in accordance with the Gender Pay Equity Ordinance (5-5-31 COA). For Instructions to Bidders, bidding forms, and other contract documents, including plans, etc. to be used in connection with the submission of bids ("bidding documents"), the prospective Bidders are invited to contact Academy Reprographics at (505) 821-6666, 8900-N San Mateo NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113, or the Project Manager listed below. A $75.00 deposit will be required for each set of bidding documents. This deposit is refundable provided the bidding documents are returned in usable condition within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after the Bid Opening. Portions of bidding documents may be purchased at the cost of reproduction. The Bidder's attention is specifically directed to the Instructions to Bidders, Special Provisions and Supplemental Special Provisions contained in the Contract Documents. By submitting a bid, contractor agrees to abide by all provisions of both the Accountability in Government Ordinance (Section 2-10-1 COA) and the Inspector General Ordinance (2-17-1 COA). The City will not conduct a pre-bid conference. Description of Work: Repair or replacement of deteriorated, damages, or uneven sidewalks and/or drive pads which may include but is not limited to sidewalk and drive pad modification, replacement or installation on major and minor streets within the City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County.
