LIMITED INTAKE OF PRE-APPLICATIONS FOR Project Based Voucher (PBV) Admissions Lottery Only for the 11 PBV apartment units at Generations at West Mesa at 5715 Avalon Rd NW Must apply online only September 11 through September 24, 2019 Pre-Applications will only be received online at www.abqha.org The Albuquerque Housing Authority (AHA) will accept pre-applications for a Project Based Voucher (PBV) Admissions Lottery from September 11, 2019 through September 24, 2019 for the 11 Project Based Voucher units available at the newly built apartment complex called Generations at West Mesa, which is located at 5715 Avalon Road NW, Albuquerque, NM. Generations at West Mesa is a senior housing site targeting households with at least one (1) member age 55 years or older. There are 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units to accommodate larger households. Pre-applications will be accepted only for the lottery drawing for these PBV apartment units. More information about Generations at West Mesa is available online at: https://www.generationsatwestmesa.com Pre-applications will be taken online only at www.abqha.org starting September 11, 2019. Pre-Applications will not be accepted in paper format. AHA has two free computers available to complete your pre-application. These terminals are available by appointment only. Please call 505-764-3953 to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins will not be accepted. There is no fee to apply for admission. IMPORTANT: You are no longer required to visit the Albuquerque Housing Authority office at 1840 University Blvd SE to apply for the housing lottery nor is supporting documentation required for your pre-application. Your pre-application may be completed anytime for free from September 11, 2019 through September 24, 2019 through an internet connected computer or suitable smartphone at www.abqha.org.
