THENCE S. 1307' W, 166.12 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER; THENCE S. 7734' E, 124.42 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING. The sale is to begin at 10:00 am on September 13, 2019, outside the front entrance of the Thirteenth Judicial District Courthouse, City of Los Lunas, County of Valencia, State of New Mexico, at which time I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in lawful currency of the United States of America, the Property to pay expenses of sale, and to satisfy the foreclosure Judgment granted on July 2, 2019, in the total amount of $74,629.78, with interest at the rate of 9.6000% per annum from February 3, 2019 through the date of the sale. The sale is subject to the entry of an Order by this Court approving the sale.
