NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 17, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., the undersigned Special Master will, at the main entrance of the Dona Ana County Judicial Complex, 201 W. Picacho, Las Cruces, New Mexico, sell all the right, title and interest of the above-named Defendants in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is located at 7561 Grouse Run, Las Cruces, and is situate in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, and is particularly described as follows: Lot 103, AMBER MESA, in the County of Dona Ana, State of New Mexico, as shown and designated on the plat thereof, filed in the office of the County Clerk of said County on October 10, 1988, recorded in Book 15, Page(s) 326-349, Plat Records, Dona Ana County, New Mexico, and all improvements, including, but not limited to, the manufactured home attached thereto and more particularly described as a 2000 Patriot Doublewide, VIN 1PTX8862ABTX, 04070607A211843, 25679MHA. THE FOREGOING SALE will be made to satisfy a judgment rendered by the above Court in the above entitled and numbered cause on May 30, 2019, being an action to foreclose a mortgage on the above described property. The Plaintiff's Judgment, which includes interest and costs, is $93,020.43 and the same bears interest at 10.7500% per annum from May 11, 2019, to the date of sale. The Plaintiff and/or its assignees has the right to bid at such sale and submit its bid verbally or in writing. The Plaintiff may apply all or any part of its judgment to the purchase price in lieu of cash. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the discretion of the Special Master.
