ALSO DESCRIBD AS: LOT NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED ONE (101), FINAL PLAT OF ANASAZI MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, PROJECTED SECTIONS 27, 28, 33 AND 34, T. 13 N. R. 4. E., N.M.P.M., FELIPE GUTIERREZ GRANT, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE FINAL PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON JULY 13, 2005, RECORDED IN BOOK 408, PAGE 25660, AS DOCUMENT NO. 200525660 AND IN PLAT VOLUME 3, FOLIO 2557-B. If there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control. The sale is to begin at 9:00 am on April 30, 2019, on the front steps of the Sandoval County Judicial Complex, City of Bernalillo, County of Sandoval, State of New Mexico, at which time I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in lawful currency of the United States of America, the Property to pay expenses of sale, and to satisfy the foreclosure Judgment granted on February 6, 2019 in the total amount of $866,906.35 with interest at a variable rate per annum from December 15, 2017 through the date of the sale. The sale is subject to the entry of an Order by this Court approving the sale. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the real property and improvements concerned with herein will be sold subject to any and all patent reservations, easements, and all taxes and utility liens, special assessments and taxes that may be due.
