NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 16, 2019, at the hour of 11 a.m., the undersigned Special Master will, at the main entrance of City Hall, 405 Paseo de Onate, Espanola, New Mexico, sell all the right, title and interest of the above-named Defendants in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is located at 72A Private Dr 1001, Alcalde, and is situate in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico, and is particularly described as follows: TRACT 2 A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate within Exc. 228, P.C. 123, P. 2, Exc. 225, P.C. 121, P. 2, of the San Juan Pueblo Grant Sections 2 and 11, Township 21 North, Range 8 East, of the New Mexico Principal Meridian, Vicinity of Alcalde, County of Rio Arriba, State of New Mexico and being more particularly described on plat of survey entitled, "BOUNDARY PLAT OF SURVEY FOR PHILIP E. BLOOD AND JOAN W. BLOOD (husband and wife)", as prepared by Rio Del Oso Surveying, Gilbert R. Valdez, PLS No. 12175, Project No. 04-155P, dated April 12, 2004 and filed for record April 15, 2004 in Book of Plats D1, at Page 66, records of Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. THE FOREGOING SALE will be made to satisfy a judgment rendered by the above Court in the above entitled and numbered cause on December 12, 2018, being an action to foreclose a mortgage on the above described property. The Plaintiff's Judgment, which includes interest and costs, is $269,046.17 and the same bears interest at 4.000% per annum from October 30, 2018, to the date of sale. The Plaintiff and/or its assignees has the right to bid at such sale and submit its bid verbally or in writing. The Plaintiff may apply all or any part of its judgment to the purchase price in lieu of cash. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the discretion of the Special Master.
