Requests for Proposal NM Dept. of Health Legal Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) The New Mexico Department of Health (DOH), Public Health Division (PHD), Population and Community Healthy Bureau (PCHB), Obesity, Nutrition and Physical Activity Program (ONAPA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select multi Offerors to implement evidence-based programs for the procurement of Youth Dance, Tribal Dance, or Physical Activity Programs in Public Elementary, Middle or High Schools in local New Mexico communities. These services must be provided in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The total amount of funding available through this RFP is subject to legislative appropriations, awards of federal funding, and budget approval by the Department of Finance and Administration. Services must be provided in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. This RFP is for State Fiscal Year 2019 and ends June 30, 2019. The PHD reserves the right to cancel this RFP and/or to reject any proposal in whole or in part.
