THOMAS You are hereby notified that a civil action has been filed against you in the District Court of Santa Fe County, New Mexico, by Plaintiff, U.S Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-7, in which Plaintiff prays for the foreclosure of its Note and Mortgage encumbering the real estate and improvements located at 24 Old Dump Rd Espanola, New Mexico , 87532, in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, and more particularly described as follows: A certain tract of land lying and being situate within Lot 37, Section 13, as per Dependent Resurvey and Subdivision of Section 13, T20N, R8E, N.M.P.M., in the vicinity of Arroyo Seco, County of Santa Fe, State of New Mexico, being more particularly described as follows: TRACT A The N of the following described property: Beginning at a point marked by a U.S.G.L.O. Government Brass Cap for the corner common to Lots 30, 32, 37 and 39, Section 13, T20N, R8E, N.M.P.M., the northwest corner of this tract, thence from said point and place of beginning N89 52' 30'' E., 132.00 feet; thence S 0 05' E., 330.00 feet; thence S 89 52' 30'' W., 132.00 feet; thence N 0 05' W., 330.00 feet to the point and place of beginning. All as shown on Plat of Survey for Ralph Rivera by John P. Montoya, N.M.L.S. No. 3953, dated February 1977, including any improvements, fixtures, and attachments, such as, but not limited to, mobile homes. If there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control. You are further notified that Plaintiff prays that the aforementioned real property be sold according to the law and practice of this Court to pay the mortgage lien held by Plaintiff, and that the interests of each Defendant, and all persons claiming under or through them, and all other persons bound by these proceedings, be barred and foreclosed of all rights, interests, and claims to the aforementioned real property, and for such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper. You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance or file responsive pleadings or motions in said cause within thirty (30) days of the third consecutive publication of this Notice of Suit, judgment will be rendered against each Defendant by default, and the relief prayed for by Plaintiff will be granted.
