NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 21, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 A.M., the undersigned Special Master Kwill, at the main entrance of Kthe Thirteenth Judicial District Court, 1500 Idalia Road, Building A, Bernalillo, NM 87004, sell all the right, title, and interest of the Defendants, PATRICK A. The property to be sold is located in Sandoval County, New Mexico, and is particularly described as follows: LOT NUMBERED EIGHTY-SEVEN (87) IN BLOCK NUMBERED TWENTY-ONE (21), IN UNITY SIXTEEN (16), RIO RANCHO ESTATES, TOWN OF ALAMEDA GRANT, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON DECEMBER 5, 1961, IN RIO RANCHO ESTATES PLAT BOOK NO. 1, PAGE 1. more commonly described Lot 87, Block 21 Unit 16 Rio Rancho Estates, Rio Rancho, NM, 87124 THE FOREGOING SALE will be made to satisfy in whole or in part of judgment rendered by the above Court in the above-entitled and numbered cause on or about May 1, 2018 being an action to foreclose a mortgage on the above-described property. Plaintiff's Judgment includes interest and costs, in the amount of $50,256.79 plus interest thereon at the rate of 7.75% per year until the date of the Special Master's Sale, plus costs of sale, including Special Master's fee of $225.00.
