Morris, Deceased You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located at 1351 Rio Rancho Drive SE, Apt. D, in the City of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, more particularly described as: Apartment "6-D" in GOLDEN WEST PATIO APARTMENTS 1, a Condominium, Rio Rancho Estates, New Mexico, according to a Declaration of Condominium of Golden West patio Apartments 1 dated December 13, 1971, recorded in the records of the County Clerk of Sandoval County, New Mexico, December 17, 1971, in Book 1, Condominiums Pages 1-44, records of Sandoval County, New Mexico, as amended by those instruments recorded in Book 1, Condominium page 445, and also amended by Book Misc. 44, pages 821 Declarations of Condominium to be appurtenant to such apartments and according to Declaration of Condominium dated April 17, 1978 and filed with the Sandoval County Clerk on May 22, 1978 in Book Misc. 100 page 359, and Misc. 107, page 128, together with the undivided 1.226% interest in common areas and facilities declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to such apartment.
