BARHAM, DECEASED You are hereby notified that a civil action has been filed against you in the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, by Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, for the holders of the CIM Trust 2017-3, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2017-3, in which Plaintiff prays for the foreclosure of its Note and Mortgage encumbering the real estate and improvements located at 11917 Grand Avenue Northeast, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87123, in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and more particularly described as follows: LOT NUMBERED ONE (1) IN BLOCK NUMBERED FIVE-A OF THE AMENDED REPLAT OF MONARCH VILLAGE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON SAID AMENDED REPLAT, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY OF CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON MARCH 16, 1997, including any improvements, fixtures, and attachments, such as, but not limited to, mobile homes. If there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control.
