The sale is to begin at 9:15 a.m. on August 3, 2018, outside the front entrance of the Second Judicial District Court, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 at which time I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in lawful currency of the United States of America, the Property to pay expenses of sale, and to satisfy the Judgment granted U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee on Behalf of and with Respect to Ajax Mortgage Loan Trust 2015-B, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2015-B ("U.S. Bank"). U.S. Bank was awarded Judgment on June 28, 2018, in the principal sum of $91,910.07, plus interest through January 16, 2017, in the amount of $52,815.14, and accruing thereafter at the rate of 8.616% per annum ($22.75 per diem) until paid, plus trust balance in the amount of $671.30, plus deferred principal in the amount of $4,467.56, plus attorney's fees in the amount of $1,135.20, and costs in the amount of $78.50, with interest on the aforesaid amounts at the rate of 8.616% per annum from date of the entry of the Judgment until paid. The sale is subject to rights and easements of record, to unpaid property taxes and assessments, and to the one (1) month right of redemption in favor of the Defendant(s) as specified in the Judgment filed herein.
