The object and purpose of said suit is to foreclose certain property situated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, commonly known as 7312 Laster Avenue NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109, and more particularly described as follows: Lot numbered Nine P-One (9 P-1) of the Plat of PALOMAS PARK SUBDIVISION, PHASE ONE, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat thereof, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on September 16, 1992 in Volume 92-C, folio 204. You, and each of you, are further notified that unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before July 16th, 2018, judgment by default will be rendered in said cause against each of you so failing to appear, and the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
