PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above-entitled Court, having appointed me or my designee as Special Master in this matter with the power to sell, has ordered me to sell the real property (the "Property") situated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, commonly known as 4601 Carlisle Blvd NE A-8, Albuquerque, NM 87109, and more particularly described as follows: UNIT "A-8", OF CARLISLE SQUARE CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM REGIME CREATED PERSUANT TO THAT CERTAIN CARLISLE SQUARE CONDOMINIUMS LEGAL DESCRIPTION FILED 27 SEPTEMBER 2000, IN BOOK A10, PAGE 5297, AS DOCUMENT NO. 2000095678 AND THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION FOR CARLISLE SQUARE CONDOMINIUMS DATED OCTOBER 3, 2000 AND FILED FOR RECORD IN BOOK A10, PAGE 7899, AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 2000-98292, RECORDS OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREIN. SAID CARLISLE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM BEING LOCATED ON TRACT F-1 OF THE PLAT OF TRACTS F-1, G-1 AND G-2 (A REPLAT OF TRACTS F AND G) OF MONTGOMERY COMPLEX, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON JUNE 26, 1970. TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF A.M.A.F, C.A NORTH DIVERSION CHANNEL RIGHT-OF-WAY AS DEPICTED IN SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED IN BOOK D-226A, PAGES 139-143, AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 84-88830. If there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control. The sale is to begin at 10:15 am on June 12, 2018, front entrance of the Second Judicial District Courthouse, City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, at which time I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in lawful currency of the United States of America, the Property to pay expenses of sale, and to satisfy the foreclosure Judgment granted on March 26, 2018 in the total amount of $68,234.87 with interest at the rate of 4.75% per annum from February 2, 2018 through the date of the sale. The sale is subject to the entry of an Order by this Court approving the sale.
