The Village of Corrales (the "Village") is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified individuals or organizations with experience flood plan design for Salce Basin Flood Hazard Mitigation. The Salce Basin area was seriously damaged by flooding on September 13, 2013, in an event that has been declared a disaster by the State of New Mexico. The project area is located in northwestern Corrales in the vicinity of Calle de Blas, Calle Blanca, and Sagebrush Drive. The Village of Corrales requires qualified design engineering firms to produce procurement ready, complete final construction design plan drawings for FEMA Hazard Mitigation. Also, assist the village in the project construction RFP issuance, evaluate, and manage the project construction until completion. Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 9:30 am at Village Hall 4324 Corrales Road. All attendees will then walk to the farmland, 4371 Corrales Road, Corrales, NM 87048 with Village staff. All inquiries and correspondence relating to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") shall be directed to the Village Clerk in writing before 12:00 noon on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 4324 Corrales Road, Corrales, New Mexico 87048 fax 505-897-7217; e-mail sfresquez@corrales-nm.org. Request for proposal is available at the Village Administration Offices, 4324 Corrales Road, Corrales, New Mexico between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday or can be downloaded from www.corralesnm.gov as of April 9th, 2018.
