Said land MEASURES: Thirty-five (35) Varas in Width from North to South: One Hundred (100) Varas in Length from East to West, And BOUNDED: On the North by land formerly of Pedro Ruelas; and Isaac Martinez now of Henry Sanchez; On the South by land of Benny Martinez and Teresa Gurule; On the East by and Entrance belonging to the heirs of Manuel Martinez and on the West by land of Tony Baca.
