Main, Clovis, NM 88101, sell all thLe right, title and interest of the above-named Defendants in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is located at 813 Lamar ST, Texico, NM 88135, and is situate in Curry Co,unty, New Mexico, and is particularly described as follows: THE NORTH TEN FEET (N10',) OF LOT TEN (10) AND THE SOUTH FIFTY FEET (S50') OF LOT ELEVEN (11) IN BLOCK TWO (2) OF THE G.CLARK SMITH SECOND ADDITION, TO THE TOWN OF TEXICO, CURRY COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS SHOWN BY THE OFFICIAL RECORDED PLAT THEREOF. as the same is shown and designated on the plat thereof, filed in the office of the County Clerk ofCurry County, New Mexico, March 14,2006, recorded as Instrument No 1500001786 including any improvements, fixtures, and attachments, such as, but not limited to, rnobile homes, (hereinafter the "Property"). THE FOREGOING SALE, will be made to satisfy a judgment rendered by the above Court in the above entitled and numbered cause on being an action to foreclose a Mortgage on the above described property. The Plaintiffs Judgment, which includes interest and costs and attorneys fees totals $36,488.41 and the same bears interest at 8.9172% per annum from the date of Judgment entered, August 17 ,2017 , to the date of sale. The Plaintiff and/or its assignees has the right to bid at such sale and submit its bid verbally or in writing.
