Public Comment This year, New Mexico State University is seeking to reaffirm our accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission. As part of this process, the public is invited to send comments to our accrediting agency. Comments can be submitted by mail to the following address: Third-Party Comment on New Mexico State University Higher Learning Commission 230 South LaSalle Street, Suite 7-500 Chicago, IL 60604-1411 Or online at https://www.hlcommission.org/HLC-Institutions/third-party-comment.html Comments should address substantive matters related to the quality of NMSU or its academic programs. Comments affirming NMSU, as well as those that identify concerns, are welcome. Comments can be sent by letter and signed or can be submitted online and should include the name, address and telephone number of the person providing the comments. Please be aware that comments are not confidential. To ensure consideration, please submit public comment before October 12. Those with a specific dispute or grievance should request the separate Policy of Complaints document from the HLC.
