NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 4, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., the undersigned Special Master will, at the front entrance of the Sandoval County Judicial Complex, 1500 Idalia Rd. Bldg. A, Bernalillo, New Mexico, sell all the right, title and interest of the above-named Defendants in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is located at 7241 Skagway Drive NE, Rio Rancho, and is situate in Sandoval County, New Mexico, and is particularly described as follows: Lot numbered Eighteen (18) in Block numbered (5) of Lomas Encantadas Unit 3-A, as the same is shown and designated on the plat entitled 'Lomas Encantadas Unit 3-A, a subdivision of Tract 2 and Parcel J, in Lomas Encantadas, within Unit Twenty, within Sections 26 and 35, T. 13 N., R. 3 E., NMPM, City of Rio Rancho, Sandoval County, New Mexico' filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Sandoval County, New Mexico, on April 13, 2006, in Volume 3, Folio 2652-A, Instrument No. 18671 (Rio Rancho Estates Plat Book No. 19, Pages 85-87). THE FOREGOING SALE will be made to satisfy a judgment rendered by the above Court in the above entitled and numbered cause on August 25, 2016, being an action to foreclose a mortgage on the above described property. The Plaintiff's Judgment, which includes interest and costs, is $134,391.54 and the same bears interest at 4.25% per annum from December 12, 2015, to the date of sale. The Plaintiff and/or its assignees has the right to bid at such sale and submit its bid verbally or in writing. The Plaintiff may apply all or any part of its judgment to the purchase price in lieu of cash.
