Coen, deceased You are hereby notified that a civil action has been filed against you in the District Court of Santa Fe County, New Mexico, by Plaintiff, Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., in which Plaintiff prays for the foreclosure of its Note and Mortgage encumbering the real estate and improvements located at 759 NM 76 Espanola, New Mexico, 87532, in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, and more particularly described as follows: The following described lot, tract or parcel of land and real estate, situate, lying and being in Exception No. 245, surveyed as Private Claim No. 285, within the Santa Clara Pueblo Grant, in Section 2, Township 20 North, Range 8 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian, County of Santa Fe, State of New Mexico, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at U.S.G.L.O. brass cap set for and marking Corner No. 3 of the aforesaid Private Claim No. 285 (and also set for and marking Corner No. 1 of Private Claim No. 199 in said Pueblo of Santa Clara Grant), Thence, North 08 20' E., 151.80 feet to a point marked by a nail set in a ditch, the northwest corner of the premises being described whence an iron pipe set at a fence corner for a reference point bears South 87 21' E., 149.16 feet to an iron pipe, the northeast corner of the premises being described; Thence, South 07 44' W., 657.45 feet to an iron pipe set on the northerly edge of the right of way of State Road no. 76; Thence, South 07 44' W., 28.29 feet to a point, the southeast corner of the premises being described; Thence, North 40 34' W., 206.58 feet to a point, the southwest corner of the premises being described; Thence, North 07 27' E., 30.87 feet to a point marked by a nail in a block wall on the northerly edge of the right of way of said State Road; Thence, North 07 27' E., 128.85 feet to a brass cap set for and marking Corner No. 1 of Private Claim No. 287 in said Pueblo of Santa Clara Grant; Thence, North 07 27' E., 43.56 feet to an iron pipe; Thence, North 09 09' E., 179.52 feet to the point and place of beginning, all as shown on that certain plat prepared by Samuel P. Davalos, registered engineer-surveyor, on April 4, 1962 for Jack R. and Robert A. Snodgrass, and bearing said Davalos' Identification No. S-129. Subject, However, to an easement over that portion of said premises lying within the existing right of way of State Road No. 76, as shown on said plat, including any improvements, fixtures, and attachments, such as, but not limited to, mobile homes. If there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control. You are further notified that Plaintiff prays that the aforementioned real property be sold according to the law and practice of this Court to pay the mortgage lien held by Plaintiff, and that the interests of each Defendant, and all persons claiming under or through them, and all other persons bound by these proceedings, be barred and foreclosed of all rights, interests, and claims to the aforementioned real property, and for such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper. You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance or file responsive pleadings or motions in said cause within thirty (30) days of the third consecutive publication of this Notice of Suit, judgment will be rendered against each Defendant by default, and the relief prayed for by Plaintiff will be granted.
