Regulation and Licensing Department - Manufactured Housing Division LEGAL NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC HEARING The Regulation and Licensing Department, Manufactured Housing Division, ("Division") hereby gives notice that the Division will conduct a public hearing to consider adopting amendments to New Mexico Administrative Code, Part 14.12.2 NMAC, Manufactured Housing. The Hearing will be held at the Toney Anaya Building located at 2550 Cerrillos Road, Hearing Room 1, 2nd Floor, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505 on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 and will begin at 9:00 a.m. Copies of the proposed rules are available on the Manufactured Housing Division Website: www.rld.state.nm.us/MHD/index.htm or by sending a request to the Manufactured Housing Division, P.O. Box 25101, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87504. Phone (505) 476-4770. The public is invited to attend and comment on the proposed amendments. Members of the Manufactured Housing Committee will serve as the Hearing Officer and will receive oral and written recommendations and comments regarding the proposed amendments. Written recommendations and comments, including draft language, may be submitted to the Division in advance of the meeting at the address provided below. These recommendations/comments must be provided no later than February 6, 2009, 5:00 p.m. in order to be included in the materials for the public hearing. All other recommendations/comments must be presented at the February 17, 2009 hearing. Following the Public Hearing, the State of New Mexico Manufactured Housing Committee will convene a Regular Committee Meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend. Persons desiring to present their views may appear in person or send their written comments to the Manufactured Housing Division office at P.O. Box 25101, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87504. The Committee may go into closed session during the meeting to discuss issues pertaining to issuance, suspension, renewal or revocation of a license or limited personnel matters as permitted by the Open Meetings Act. A final agenda for the meeting will be available at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and may be obtained by making a written, verbal or faxed request to the Manufactured Housing Division, P.O.
