The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association f/k/a The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., as Trustee, was awarded a Judgment on December 18, 2008, in the principal sum of $163,637.12, plus outstanding interest due on the Note through November 18, 2008, in the amount of $7,162.79 and accruing thereafter at the rate of $35.86 per diem, plus late charges in the amount of $327.18, plus property inspection fees in the amount of $33.75, plus escrow advances in the amount of $1,899.47, plus corporate advances in the amount of $166.00, plus attorney fees in the through November 30, 2008, in the amount of $900.00, and costs through November 30, 2008, in the amount of $673.01, with interest on the property inspection fees, escrow advances, corporate advances, attorney's fees and costs of this suit at the rate of 7.999% per annum from date of the entry of the Judgment until paid. The sale is subject to rights and easements of record, to unpaid property taxes and assessments, and to the one (1) month right of redemption in favor of Defendant(s) as specified in the Judgment filed herein.
