NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the pendency of the above-captioned action, in which the Village of Corrales seeks to quiet title to the right-of-way of Rincon Road, located in the Village of Corrales and the County of Sandoval, within the Town of Alameda Grant, as the same is shown on the plat of the Rincon de Corrales subdivision filed of record in the office of the Sandoval County Clerk on June 13, 1973. All unknown claimants of an interest adverse to the title of the Village of Corrales are hereby notified that, unless they serve upon counsel for the Village of Corrales an answer or other responsive pleading within thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this notice, judgment may be taken against them that they be forever barred and estopped from claiming any lien, interest or title adverse to that of the Village of Corrales in the subject property.
