The Administrative Office of the Courts is soliciting proposals for a Contractor to conduct a full and comprehensive assessment of the New Mexico alternative dispute resolution (ADR) programs in all courts (appellate, district metropolitan and magistrate courts). The assessment will include (1) a review of the 2009 Court ADR Survey conducted by the AOC; (2) further analysis of current court ADR programs in New Mexico; (3) a review of national court based ADR programs and relevant data; and (4) recommendations for improved methods of dispute resolutions and education the public about the benefits of those methods for consideration by the AOC. Proposals must be received at the AOC no later than March 29, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. MST. The Procurement Code, NMSA 1978, Section 13-1-28 to -199, imposes civil and criminal penalties for its violation.
