NOTICE OF SELECTION OF APPLICATIONS FOR PROJECT BASED SECTION 8 VOUCHERS Bernalillo County Housing Department has selected a new construction project for the issuance of Project Based Section 8 Vouchers. Ceja Vista Senior Apartments was selected for an award of thirty-two (32) project based vouchers and will be built at 10001 Ceja Vista Road SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121. The project developer/owner is DBG Properties LLC. The application was selected through a competitive Request for Proposal process from property owners to receive an allocation of Project Based Section 8 Vouchers. Owners must have received funding through a competitive RFP process through a federal, state or local housing selection process. In accordance with 34CFR 300.624 Destruction of Information and NMAC 6.31.2.13, Estancia Municipal School District is planning a Special Education records purge for all students receiving special education services who graduated on or before the year of 2014. These records are no longer needed by the District, but may be needed for social security benefits or other purposes. Navajo Nation Division of Transportation Request for Proposal (RFP) Bid No. 20-05-2317LE The Navajo Division of Transportation (Navajo DOT) is soliciting proposals to construct "N9402(2)1,2&3 Bridge N656 Replacement Project in Lupton, AZ". The proposed work consists of grading, subgrade, placement of aggregate base course with stabilization, installation of drainage structures, bridge replacement with abutment protection, traffic signs, and other miscellaneous work as called for in the design plans and specifications for this 0.390 km (0.242 miles) bridge replacement project over the Rio Puerco River in Lupton, AZ, Apache County, Navajo Nation. Proposals will be subject to all requirements specified in RFP No. 20-05-2317LE. The RFP package will be available for download from the Navajo DOT website (www.navajodot.org), beginning June 25, 2020 at 10:00 AM.
