LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP NO: 2018-061-0002 The Board of Education, Bernalillo Public Schools, is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the Santo Domingo ES/MS Renovation/Replacement Phase II. Location: Santo Domingo Elementary / Middle School Site, 100 HWY 22, Santo Domingo, NM 87052. The project is described as: Base Bid Phase II: Gymnasium Renovation, Covered Walkway to gymnasium from school building and Athletic Fields. The Work includes site grading and preparation work, selective building demolition, site utilities including sewer, power, gas, and communications. Concrete foundations, floor slabs, concrete site walks and precast architectural concrete. Load-bearing CMU walls, structural steel, steel decking and stud wall framing with exterior sheathing.
