EMBARCADERO ASSOCIATES, L.P. AZTEC, NM EMBARCADERO APARTMENT COMPLEX DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Embarcadero Apartments Complex Drainage Improvements will be received, by Embarcadero Associates, L.P., at the office of the Engineer, 401 W. Broadway, Farmington, NM 87401, until 4:00 pm local time on October 22, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be privately opened and read. The Project consists of constructing a detention pond and outlet structure, swales, and parking lot hot mix asphalt paving. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION Project Name: On-Call Barricading Services 2020 Rebid Project No. 700800 OVERVIEW: The City of Albuquerque, through its Department of Municipal Development is requesting competitive sealed proposals with the intent of entering into a contract with a general contractor for the purpose of providing on-call barricading services. This procurement process is a combined technical qualifications and cost-based selection. The Offeror is required to provide qualifications and other documents as part of the Technical Proposal. This type of service is a safety responsibility of the City of Albuquerque to its citizens, in order to minimize hazards by use of standard traffic control practices. The City will manage this contract to meet City, State, and Federal traffic control requirements. The City wants to contract for traffic control services to establish safe work zones for City employees working in the public right-of-way and for its citizens. Services provided by the Contractor shall generally consist of providing on-call barricading services including, but not limited to, preparing traffic control plans, coordinating permits and deploying traffic control devices in support of the City's construction, maintenance, special events and emergency services.
