NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 5, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., the undersigned Special Master will, at main entrance of the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, sell all the right, title and interest of the above-named Defendants in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is located at 7405 Via Contenta NE, Albuquerque, and is situate in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and is particularly described as follows: Lot numbered Three (3) in Block lettered "C" of Trementina Subdivision, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat entitled "Plat for Trementina Subdivision, being a Replat of North Albuquerque Acres, Tract 2, Unit 3, Block 4, Lots 6 thru 14, within the Elena Gallegos Grant, Projected Section 18, T.11N., R.4E., N.M.P.M., City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, October, 2003", filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on December 18, 2003, in Plat Book 2003C, page 380. THE FOREGOING SALE will be made to satisfy a judgment rendered by the above Court in the above entitled and numbered cause on January 30, 2009, being an action to foreclose a mortgage on the above described property. The Plaintiff's judgment, which includes interest and costs, is $250,302.30 and the same bears interest at 7.875% per annum from December 18, 2008.
