Regulation and Licensing Department - Manufactured Housing Division LEGAL NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC HEARING The Regulation and Licensing Department, Manufactured Housing Division, ("Division") hereby gives notice that the Division will conduct a public hearing to consider adopting amendments to New Mexico Administrative Code, Part 14.12.2 NMAC, Manufactured Housing. The Hearing will be held at the Toney Anaya Building located at 2550 Cerrillos Road, Hearing Room 1, 2nd Floor, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505 on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 and will begin at 9:00 a.m. Copies of the proposed rules are available on the Manufactured Housing Division Website: www.rld.state.nm.us/MHD/index.htm or by sending a request to the Manufactured Housing Division, P.O. Box 25101, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87504. Phone (505) 476-4770. The public is invited to attend and comment on the proposed amendments. Members of the Manufactured Housing Committee will serve as the Hearing Officer and will receive oral and written recommendations and comments regarding the proposed amendments.
