Public Notice City of Albuquerque, New Mexico Notice of Public Hearing and Intention to Adopt Bond Ordinance The City Council of the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico (the "City") will consider the adoption of an ordinance (the "Ordinance") authorizing the issuance and sale of the City's Industrial Revenue Bond (General Mills Operations, LLC Project) Series 2009 in the maximum principal amount of $100,000,000 (the "Bond") at a hearing on January 21, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Vincent E. Griego Chambers at the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Government Center, One Civic Plaza, Albuquerque, New Mexico, which is the regular meeting place of the City Council. The Bond will be sold to General Mills, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Purchaser"), in a private sale pursuant to the terms of a proposed Bond Purchase Agreement (the "Bond Purchase Agreement").
