NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Human Services Department will hold a public hearing to consider adopting revised rules in the Cash Assistance Program. A public hearing to receive testimony on this regulation will be held on January 30, 2009 at 10:00 am. The hearing will be held at the Income Support Division conference room, 2009 S. Pacheco St., Santa Fe, NM. The conference room is located in Room 120 on the lower level. The Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (herein called PRWORA) required that all parents or specified relative caretakers ensure that school age children attend school and maintain satisfactory attendance. The intent of the proposed regulations is to align current rules with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and the New Mexico Works Act (NMWA). The proposed regulation is available on the Human Services Department website at http://www.hsd.state.nm.us/isd/ISDRegistersPlansTax.html. NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Special Master will, on January 21, 2009, at 9:05AM, at the front entrance of the Second Judicial District Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, sell and convey to the highest bidder for cash all the right, title and interest of the above-named defendants in and to the following described real estate located in said County and State: Lot numbered One hundred Forty-three (143) Cantabella at Ventana Ranch, City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the plat thereof, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on February 9, 2001, in Plat Book 2001C, folio 49 The address of the real property is 10400 Calle Chulita NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87114. Said sale will be made pursuant to the Decree of Foreclosure entered on September 16, 2008, in the above entitled and numbered cause, which was a suit to foreclose a note and mortgage held by the above plaintiff and wherein plaintiff was adjudged to have a lien against the above-described real estate in the sum of $154,327.78, plus interest from August 28, 2008 to the date of sale at the rate of 7.550% per annum, or $35.10 per day, the costs of sale, including the Special Master's fee of $320.63, publication costs, and plaintiff's costs expended for taxes, insurance or keeping the property in good repair.
