Santa Fe Civic Housing The Santa Fe Civic Housing Authority will open its Wait List, Application Process, for the Public Housing Program, on a limited basis. The application process will remain closed for the Section 8 Program. The Application Process for Public Housing will open on March 4, 2009 and will remain open until the number of applicants, per bedroom size, meets an adequate pool of applicants for processing within a 24 month period. Bedroom sizes range from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms. Applications are available at the Administrative Office at 664 Alta Vista, Santa Fe, New Mexico and must be completed on site but only on Wednesday s from 9:00 AM through 3:00 PM. Santa Fe residents are given preference, must be 62 or older to qualify for elderly sites; families must have a minimum of two members.
