ALBUQUERQUE AIR QUALITY DIVISION NOTICE OF STAKEHOLDER MEETING The Albuquerque Air Quality Division is proposing to repeal the current excess emissions rule, Breakdown, Abnormal Operating Conditions, Or Scheduled Maintenance, at NMAC, and replace it with a new rule, 20.11.49, Excess Emissions. There are also cross-references to the current rule found within the Volatile Organic Compounds rule at NMAC and within the Pathological Waste Destructors rule at NMAC which are proposed to be changed to refer to the new proposed rule. The Air Quality Division will hold a Stakeholder meeting to discuss the proposed excess emissions rule on Thursday, April 23, 2009 from 10:00am till 12:00 noon, in the City Council Committee Room, 9th Floor, City Hall. Request for Proposal Professional Engineering Services Building Inspection & Evaluation The Village of Paguate is requesting proposals from Professional Engineering firms to provide an inspection, evaluation and engineering report for an existing building referred to as the Paguate Community Center. The firm shall provide an assessment and recommendations on the disposition of the structure that include but not limited to: building foundation evaluation, roof structure inspection and evaluation; building walls and weatherization evaluation, the building electrical system inspection and evaluation; building and system(s) as-built measurements & power description; providing a detailed report of the observations and engineering report.
