REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NEW MEXICO GANG TASK FORCE CONFERENCE The Town of Bernalillo requests proposals from qualified hotels and convention service providers in the Albuquerque metropolitan area to host the Annual Statewide Community Seminar and Law Enforcement Conference of the New Mexico Gang Task Force. The Annual Conference recruits experts from all over the United States to provide instruction and insight to participants about the national and regional trends of gang activities, and techniques for managing them in our neighborhoods. Anticipated attendance for the Seminar is 300 participants and 600 participants for the Conference; approximately one-third who will require overnight lodging for the duration of the Conference. The proposals will be evaluated on facility layout, the experience of the offeror in previous similar projects, readiness to serve conference guests and vendors, amenities accommodations and cost.
