Bid Lot No. 1 will consist of the County Administrative Building and the County Courthouse Building and all site work associated with the Project. Notice is hereby given that on February 26, and May 13, 2009, Horne-Stewart, LLC, c/o: Stein and Brockmann P.A., PO Box 5250, Santa Fe, New Mexico, 87502 filed application No. RG-606-A, RG-606-A-S with the STATE ENGINEER for permit to Change Location of Well and Place and/or Purpose of Use of Underground Water in the Rio Grande Underground Basin of the State of New Mexico.
