The City of Rio Rancho Needs Your Help The City of Rio Rancho s Financial Services Department is seeking your comment regarding amendments to the Action Plan, a one-year plan for the expenditure of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for 2007. CDBG funds are made available through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Action Plan is the annual update of the 2003-2008 Consolidated Plan and reflects the annual goals of this plan and updates any changes in action since its adoption. It details how federal funds will be spent and how these funds are leveraged in the local community. This plan is submitted to HUD as part of the CDBG Program. NOTICE OF SALE Notice is hereby given that on March 5, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 am the undersigned Special Master, or his designee, will, at the front entrance of the Valencia County Courthouse, at 1835 Hwy 314 SW, Los Lunas, NM 87031, sell all of the rights, title and interest of the above-named Defendants, in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash.
