Notice of Public Meeting on Housing Services Plans City of Albuquerque Housing Services The Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 requires the Housing Services Division of the City of Albuquerque to prepare an Annual Plan covering Operations of the Public Housing, Section 8 Housing Assistance Programs, and Capital Fund Programs. On May 13, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Albuquerque Housing Services (AHS) will hold a public meeting to receive comments from interested citizens and program participants on AHS' 2008 Annual Plan. The meeting will take place in AHS' Manuel Cordova Conference room located at 1840 University S.E. Albuquerque, NM. Request For Proposals (RE-ISSUE) The Isleta Pueblo Housing Authority (IPHA) is requesting proposals from qualified Indian-owned and non-Indian owned professional engineering firms for the following scope of services: Design, Construction Drawings, Estimate, and Engineering Support for a water main extension and septic system for the Lizard Flats Subdivision located on the Isleta Indian Reservation. All design aspects shall comply with HUD, Indian Health Services, and local building requirements, which include but not limited to: Preliminary Engineering Report, Design Concepts, Design Survey, Data Acquisition & Evaluation, and Rights-of-Way drawings. The response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Edward Paul Torres, Executive Director, IPHA and clearly marked: RFP for Lizard Flats Sewer and Water This RFP is non-restricted and the contract will be awarded pursuant to POI and Federal procurement policies. The contract award for this project is subject to the approval of the Pueblo Of Isleta Tribal Council and Federal Procurement Policies. The IPHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, whether they are within the IPHA estimated total contract price or not, and to waive any informality in the proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the IPHA. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of the proposals without the consent of the IPHA. Firms wishing to qualify for Indian preference shall request a copy of the Indian Enterprise Qualification Statement from IPHA and submit it with the response to RFP. All proposals are due on April 23, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. at which time all proposals will be opened and publicly read out loud.
