BERNALILLO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RESOLUTION NO. 41-2009 WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Office of the County Clerk that a Precinct 115 within Bernalillo County should be divided, in compliance with Section 1-3-1 (B); and WHEREAS, the outer boundaries of the precinct within Bernalillo County, New Mexico require readjusting to follow physical and visual boundaries and to conform to the census block boundary maps: and WHEREAS, it is incumbent upon the Board of County Commissioners to adjust the boundaries of a certain precinct within Bernalillo County, New Mexico. COUNTY OF BERNALILLO REQUEST FOR BID(S) #0009-10-DE RIO GRANDE POOL IMPROVEMENTS The Bernalillo County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Office of Capital Improvements is currently requesting sealed bids from prospective bidders for the Rio Grande Pool Improvements project. Work includes the enlargement and remodeling of the entrance lobby, the replacement of exterior steel panels, the remodeling of the shower rooms including the replacement of fixtures, and the replacement of pool deck finish, associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work and the replacement of pool boilers.
