ONE PAGE NOTICE RFP # 420-09-001 TITLE Professional Auditing Services PURPOSE The State of New Mexico's Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to secure the services of an Independent Public Accountant (IPA) Firm interested in conducting financial and compliance audits of the RLD for Fiscal Years ending June 30, 2009, 2010, and 2011. Only firms that are qualified and in good standing with the State Auditor are requested to submit proposals. This audit is required to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), OMB-Circular A-133 and Requirements for Contracting and Conducting Governmental Audits (2.2.2 NMAC). GENERAL INFORMATION The initial scope of work shall consist of the financial affairs of the Department being thoroughly examined and audited each year by independent auditors approved by the NM State Auditor. PUBLIC NOTICE Modification of Authority-to-Construct Permit # 1086-M1 for Comcast Cable Comcast Cable has submitted an authority-to-construct air quality permit application to the Air Quality Division (Division) of the City of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department for the modification of Air Quality Authority-To-Construct Permit #1086-M1. This modification is for one (1) 635 hp diesel fired emergency generator to replace one (1) 53 hp natural gas fired emergency generator located at 4611 Montbel Pl. NE. The purpose of the emergency generator is to provide backup electrical power to the facility in case there is a loss of line power. The owner of this facility is Comcast Cable, 4611 Montbel Pl. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87107. This application file has been assigned permit number 1086-M2. NOTICE OF BOND SALE AND PUBLIC MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Rio Rancho, New Mexico (the "City Council" and the "City," respectively), will receive and publicly open bids at the offices of the City, City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Circle, NE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., prevailing Mountain Time, on the 22nd day of April, 2009, for the purchase of City of Rio Rancho, New Mexico General Obligation Bonds, Series 2009 (the "Bonds"). The City Council will meet in regular session at 6:00 p.m. on April 22, 2009 at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Circle NE, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, to take action to award the Bonds.
