The RPA will consider the 2009 meeting calendar; a Resolution creating an Energy Task Force of the RPA; consideration of Project Review Criteria relating to an Update to the 2005 Joint Regional GRT Capital Improvements Plan; a presentation by the Agua Fria Village Association relating to long range planning; an update on implementation of the annexation Settlement Agreement , review of a proposed Rural Residential ordinance for Annexation Area 1, and an update relating to the planning and budgeting for expanded transit services in Santa Fe County due to the recent voter approval of the County Transit Gross Receipts Tax. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Navajo Engineering and Construction Authority (NECA) is requesting proposals from Certified Pubic Accounting Firms to provide auditing services for fiscal years 2009 and 2010. The successful firm will be required to demonstrate experience in audits of Tribal Enterprises and programs, single agency audits as they relate to Public Law 93-638 contracts, and pension plans including 401(k) Savings Plans. Copies of the proposal package may be obtained by contacting the NECA General Manager at (505) 368-5151, no later than the close of business on January 21, 2009. All proposals shall be received at the address indicated in the proposal package no later than 5:00 PM, February 4, 2009.
