CITY OF RIO RANCHO RFP 10-PW-03 Reconstruction of Western Hills Drive and Nicklaus Drive Sealed proposals for the project will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Rio Rancho, in City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Circle NE, 1st Floor, Room #150, Rio Rancho New Mexico 87144, no later than 2:00 p.m., Local time, October 6, 2009. Project Description: The rehabilitation of Western Hills Drive (from Southern Blvd to Unser Blvd) and Nicklaus Drive (from Southern Blvd to Broadmoor Blvd) consists of the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt surface from curb to curb, construction of concrete valley gutters and the replacement of damaged curb and gutter. In addition, the water main within both roadways will be replaced along with all service laterals to the existing residential meters. Plans, specifications and contract documents, including Instructions to Offerors and Bid Forms are on file and available.
