NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held to consider a request by, Gilbert Montoya, Applicant, for a variance of Article III, Section 10 (lot size requirement) of the Santa Fe County Land Development Code, to permit a second residential unit on .950 acres. AIS GOVERNING BOARD NOTICE OF BUSINESS LICENSE AND TAXPAYER REQUIREMENTS FOR PERSONS DOING BUSINESS ON THE ALBUQUERQUE INDIAN SCHOOL SITE The Governing Board of the AIS Property that has been appointed by resolution of the 19 Pueblos of NM hereby gives notice to all persons selling goods and services on the Albuquerque Indian School lands of adoption of a Business License and Taxation Ordinance and execution of a Cooperative Agreement with the NM Taxation and Revenue Department (NMTRD). The Ordinance and Cooperative Agreement are effective starting July 1, 2009. All persons selling goods and services on the Albuquerque Indian School lands must submit an application for a Business License. Each Pueblo Indian taxpayer must report and pay applicable taxes within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter directly to the AIS Governing Board. A tax reporting form will be provided that can be copied as needed. Each other taxpayer will report and pay taxes based on information received from the NMTRD.
