PUBLIC NOTICE Air Quality Certificate of Registration and Authority-to-Construct Permit For AT&T Communications of the Mountain States Inc. AT&T Communications of the Mountain States Inc. has submitted an authority-to-construct air quality permit application to the Air Quality Division (Division) of the City of Albuquerque Environmental Health Department for the modification of Air Quality Authority-To-Construct Permit #785-M1. This modification is for one (1) 2937 hp diesel fired emergency generator to replace one (1) 2700 hp natural gas fired emergency generator located at 111 3rd Street NW in Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102. The purpose of the emergency generator is to provide backup electrical power to the facility in case there is a loss of line power. The owner of this source is AT&T Communications of the Mountain States, Inc. at 1458 Bluebell Drive Livermore, CA. 94551. This application file has been assigned permit number 785-M2. USDA Forest Service Santa Fe National Forest Legal Notice of Decision Holy Ghost Ipomopsis Recovery Project On September 16, 2009, Steve Romero, District Ranger, Pecos-Las Vegas Ranger District signed a Decision Memo for the Holy Ghost Ipomopsis Recovery Project. The project involves thinning of small diameter trees within three small plots (approximately 2 acres) in Holy Ghost Canyon in an effort to research the plant's habitat requirements and promote growth.
