PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ISSUED BY THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO ENERGY, MINERALS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT FOR PROVIDING MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS FOR ENERGY, MINERALS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES REQUIRED TO HOLD A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE The Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department (EMNRD), State Parks Division and Forestry Division (Parks and Forestry), are seeking qualified Offeror(s) to perform medical examinations for approximately 100 Parks and Forestry Division employees who are required to hold a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). EMNRD anticipates awarding multiple contracts to Qualified Offerors as a result of the Request for Proposals (RFP). Qualified Offerors are medical doctors, doctors of osteopathy, physician assistants, chiropractors, advance practice nurses, and other practitioners who are listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (49 C.F.R. Part 40 391-42). Only those providers who are listed on the National Registry are allowed to perform the CDL medical examinations. Successful Offerors must be able to provide services throughout New Mexico and be able to provide medical examinations to any number of employees, ranging from one to 10 on any given day. Public Notice The New Mexico Environment Department (Department) has received an application for a radioactive material license from Desert NDT, LLC d/b/a ShawCor for the storage and use of radioactive materials at 1500 Industrial Drive, Carlsbad, NM 88220. During the early part of the evaluation period, the Department will review and comment upon the application. The Department may, at its discretion, retain consultants to assist in its evaluation of the application. Relevant comments and questions received by the Department from various agencies and interested parties will be forwarded to the applicant for response. Correspondence associated with the application will be on file with the Radiation Control Bureau and will be available for inspection by the applicant and any other interested parties. The Department has required the company to provide complete plans and other materials concerning, among other things, the public health, safety and environmental aspects of the proposed facility. The Department will analyze the license application carefully. During this analysis, the application will be reviewed to ensure that there are no deficiencies, that the application meets all applicable requirements and that there is no reason to believe that the operation will violate any laws or regulations. If the Department is so satisfied, it will issue a renewable Radioactive Material License to expire in five years. The activities of all licensees are inspected periodically to assure compliance with regulations and license conditions. New Mexico Department of Health Facilities Legal Notice of Request for Proposals RFP# FY18-FACILITIES-0000156575 The State of New Mexico, Department of Health (DOH) Facilities is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) on June 23, 2017 for As Needed RN/LPN/CNA/CMA Nursing Services. This statewide service must be provided in 6 Facilities in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. The proposed contract that will be awarded under the RFP shall become effective upon approval of the Department of Finance and Administration and shall continue for the four-year period at the discretion of the DOH. ADVERTISEMENT NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (NMDOT) BID SOLICITATION FOR July 21, 2017 SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO The NMDOT will only receive Bids through the Bid Express website at https://www.bidx.com/ before 11:00 A.M. local prevailing time National Institute of Standards and Technology, atomic clock, on July 21, 2017.
