PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUCEMENT Navajo Division of Transportation - Department of Airports Management REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: # RFQ NO. 20-09-2353LE FOR AIRPORT ENGINEERING/ARCHITECTURAL & PLANNING SERVICES The Navajo Division of Transportation (Navajo DOT) is requesting statements of qualification from qualified engineering/architectural and planning firms to provide services to a comprehensive five-year professional airport engineering/architectural and planning services, (that includes, but not limited to, general airport engineering/architectural and planning services; environmental studies, design services, bidding services, construction administration services, grant coordination services, capital improvement programming and miscellaneous studies and consulting to the Navajo DOT), for each Navajo Nation airport listed in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport System (NPlAS). The Navajo DOT airports listed in the NPIAS are the Chinle, Tuba City and Window Rock, Crownpoint and Shiprock Airports. Request for Proposals (RFP) The Pueblo of Santa Ana is soliciting environmental remediation firms for contractual work completing the surface clearance of a formerly used defense site on Pueblo lands. The project is managed through a cooperative agreement between the U.S. Department of Defense and the Pueblo of Santa Ana under the Native American Lands Environmental Mitigation Program (NALEMP). The scope of work includes removal and safe disposal of munitions debris and munitions of explosive concern at one WW2-era practice bombing range.
