LEGAL NOTICE PUEBLO OF ZUNI ZUNI, NEW MEXICO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #18-01 F-117 AIRCRAFT WRECKAGE SITE The Pueblo of Zuni is requesting for proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of conducting Investigation Reports (IR) for the F-117 Aircraft Wreckage Site. The Pueblo of Zuni tribal lands are being assessed under a Native American Lands Environmental Mitigation Program (NALEMP) cooperative agreement. The impacted site is the result of past Department of Defense (DoD) activities conducted on Pueblo of Zuni lands. Objectives of this Statement of Work (SOW) are to conduct an Investigation resulting in an associated Investigation Report (IR) at the F-117 Aircraft Wreckage Site (no FUDS Number Assigned). This IR will describe the investigation methodologies/approaches, define the limits of contaminants, include baseline conditions, evaluate risks, and describe sampling completed to date. REVISED NOTICE DATE AND TIME CHANGE UNM Hospitals Board of Trustees, Quality and Safety Committee The University of New Mexico Hospitals, Board of Trustees, Quality and Safety Committee will meet at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, 25, 2018 at the University of New Mexico Hospital in the CEO Conference Room, located at 2211 Lomas Blvd. NE, Albuquerque. The purpose of the meeting, which is open to the public, is to conduct such business as may be taken up by the Committee. The meeting will then be closed to the public, pursuant to Section 10-15-1H NMSA 1978, Comp., as amended, upon the completion of the normal portion of the meeting for purposes of discussing strategic planning, litigation, and personnel issues. Request for Proposals Polygraph Testing Services The United States Probation Office for the District of New Mexico is seeking vendors to provide polygraph testing services to Federal post-conviction offenders charged with sex offenses in the following areas: Albuquerque, Farmington, Gallup and Roswell. Separate Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) will be awarded for each area. BPAs issued by the United States Probation Office will commence no later than October 1, 2018. Examiners are required to have specialized training or experience in the examination of sex offenders and shall hold all proper licenses required by the State of New Mexico.
