UNM Hospitals Board of Trustees Meeting Notice The University of New Mexico Hospitals Board of Trustees will meet on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 9:00 AM in the Barbara & Bill Richardson Pavilion Conference Room (BBRP 1500) located at 2211 Lomas Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM. The purpose of the meeting, which is open to the public, is to conduct such business as may be taken up by the Board of Trustees. The meeting will then be closed to the public, pursuant to Section 10-15-1H NMSA 1978, Comp., as amended, upon the completion of the normal portion of the meeting for purposes of discussing strategic planning issues. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TRANSPORTATION CENTER MASTER PLAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Notice is hereby given that the Village of Los Lunas is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of approximately 12 acres of land in the Los Lunas Transportation Center/Station Metropolitan Redevelopment Area. This RFP is issued in conformance with the State of New Mexico Affordable Housing Act, the Village of Los Lunas Affordable Housing Ordinance, and the New Mexico Redevelopment Code. I. LOCATION: The property is located east of the Los Lunas Transportation Center, and west of Los Lentes Rd. SE. II. REDEVELOPMENT: The property is approximately 12 acres, including approximately 10 acres of vacant land and 2 acres of land currently used as improved surface parking for the Los Lunas Transportation Center. Uses, site layout, and architectural design will be in conformance with the Los Lunas Rail Runner Express Station Area Plan and the Los Lunas Transportation Center/Station Metropolitan Redevelopment Area Plan. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that in the event that the Property is not sooner redeemed, the undersigned Special Master will, as set forth above, offer for sale and sell the Property to the highest bidder for cash or equivalent, for the purpose of satisfying, in the adjudged order of priorities, the in rem judgment and decree of foreclosure described herein, together with any additional costs and attorney's fees, including the costs of advertisement and publication for the foregoing sale, and, reasonable receiver and Special Master's fees in an amount to be fixed by the Court. The amount of the in rem judgment due is $234,712.95, plus interest to and including date of sale in the amount of $5,028.72, for a total in rem judgment of $239,741.67.
