I. ADVERTISEMENT SANTA FE COUNTY OFFICE OF THE COUNTY TREASURER REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #2010-0250-TR/TRV BANK DEPOSITORY SERVICES Santa Fe County ("the County") is soliciting proposals to provide Bank Depository Services for the County. This Request for Proposal (RFP) explains the County's cash management goals, specifies all required qualifications for proposing institutions or firms, the banking services required, the estimated activity volumes on all accounts, the method and terms of compensation, submission instructions, contract award provisions, and other relevant information. All qualified institutions are invited to submit a proposal. Institutions responding to this RFP must be able to demonstrate a capacity to meet the County's requirements as stated in the Scope of Services. The County makes daily deposits, therefore responding institutions must be geographically located so as to provide convenient physical access to the County or provide for that access as part of the proposal. All proposals submitted shall be valid for ninety (90) days subject to all action by the County. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in part or in whole. A completed proposal shall be submitted in a sealed package indicating the proposal title and number along with the Offeror's name and address clearly marked on the outside of the package. By submitting a proposal for the requested materials and/or services each Offeror is certifying that their proposal is in compliance with regulations and requirements stated within the Request for Proposals. Proposals shall not be accepted or submitted electronically or by facsimile transmission. Sealed bid proposals will be accepted at the office of Tila Rendon-Varela, Procurement Specialist, located at the Santa Fe County Bokum Building, 142 W. Palace Ave., 2nd Floor, Purchasing Division, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501 until 2:00 P.M. local time, Thursday, December 31, 2009. Any interested Offeror must return by hand-delivery, facsimile, or registered mail an "Acknowledgment of Receipt Form," using the form prescribed in the RFP by no later than December 14, 2009 if it intends to submit a proposal in response to the RFP. Failure to timely submit the form shall disqualify an Offeror from further participation under this RFP.
